Protein Smoothie

With our hectic modern lifestyles sometimes you just don’t have time to prepare a proper meal , especially if it is breakfast.

This recipe will show you how to make a simple meal in the form of a smoothie using whey protein powder.


·         12oz fresh orange juice

·         1 scoop of whey protein powder

·         1/4 cup of apple , strawberries and banana

·         ice cubes


  • Mix in a blender or smoothie maker.

You can also mix together your own variety of nutrient packed meal replacements using any combination of the above & the following ingredients & the Whey Protein powder of your choice.
